SQL Developer

As an experienced SQL Developer at our company in Mohali, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining databases and data systems. Your expertise in database structure, writing optimized queries, and ensuring data accuracy and performance will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and manage SQL databases based on business requirements. - Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and functions for data manipulation and reporting. - Optimize and tune SQL queries to enhance performance. - Collaborate with software developers and business analysts to create database solutions. - Conduct data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) for reporting and analytics purposes. - Ensure database security, integrity, and backup/recovery processes are in place. - Troubleshoot database-related issues and offer timely solutions. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for database design and processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 15 years of hands-on experience in SQL development. - Proficient in MS SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. - Experience in database design, normalization, and data modeling. - Strong skills in writing T-SQL or PL/SQL queries. - Familiarity with ETL tools like SSIS, SSRS, or similar reporting tools would be advantageous. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
