Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site SQL Developer with 2+ Years of experience.

Location - Thane/Mumbai

Develop and maintain optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions to support business applications and reporting.
Design, implement, and automate ETL workflows using tools like SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.) for data integration across multiple sources.
Collaborate with data analysts, BI developers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Perform query tuning and database performance optimization to ensure high efficiency, low latency, and optimal resource usage.
Contribute to data modeling and architecture design, ensuring best practices for normalization, indexing, and data integrity.
Conduct peer reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and documentation practices.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering growth in SQL development, performance tuning, and database design principles

Preferred Skills:

Strong proficiency in T-SQL and experience with MS SQL Server or Azure SQL Database or Snowflake preferred.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools (SSIS, ADF, Talend, Fivetran etc.).
Good understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling (star/snowflake schemas), and performance tuning techniques.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps) and CI/CD for database deployment.
Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.
