About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in developing, testing, and supporting solutions utilizing Oracle RDBMS. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters within an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements. You will be responsible for designing efficient database schemas, optimizing queries, and ensuring the overall performance and reliability of our data-driven applications. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, researching alternative solutions, and recommending cost-effective system design improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience working as an Oracle developer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL is essential, along with experience in query optimization and performance tuning. Candidates should have excellent analytical skills and the ability to handle external files and data loads efficiently. Good debugging skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive, self-starter attitude are critical for success in this role. Prior experience with Agile methodologies, reference data management, and related technologies will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and support database solutions utilizing Oracle RDBMS to meet business needs.
