About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at loanDNA. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to extract actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and finance to identify trends, develop predictive models, and improve our lending solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data visualization tools, and a passion for leveraging data to solve complex problems. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is essential. Experience with programming languages like Python or R is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment. Prior experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights relevant to lending operations and customer behavior.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and other stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Build predictive models and perform statistical analyses to enhance credit scoring, risk assessment, and customer segmentation.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of data collection processes to improve data quality and reliability.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to data analytics and fintech.
  • Assist in ad-hoc analysis and special projects to support business growth and operational efficiency initiatives.
