Operating Environment, Framework, Boundaries, Working Relationships 400+ system hardware, 3000+ Virtual machines, 1+PBs of storage with replication Windows 2008 2019, SCCM, Storage Integration, VMware, Windows Patching 7000+ users, multiple DNS zones, bulk email solutions, Azure, Azure AD, O365 Compliance standards like PCI-DSS, SWIFT-CSP, and other banking standards Escalation Management, interacting with internal customers and external vendors Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, Cloud VDI 24/7 services support, on-time delivery of projects and support services Knowledge, Skills and Experience 9+ years of experience in database platforms support in a large-scale environment Skills in architecting, implementing and providing post implementation support Ensure on time service delivery to internal and external customers Exposure and knowledge of large-scale production support. Exposure in large-scale upgrades, migrations and transitions in the support area.
