JOB OBJECTIVE & RESPONSIBILITIES Co-Building a long term vision Support the team and BU leaders to build a long term vision and business plans highlighting the strategy and work together to identify the risks and opportunities, steer action adjustments to achieve the goals. Support the definition of performance metrics and KPIs aligned with the country strateg Develop trusted relationships and have a multidimensional view of the business Challenge the current ways of working, identify and actively contribute to the improvement and optimization of business processes & organizational development, including upgrade of tools, processes, reports and metrics to accurately forecast business results and proactively manage performance to meet business objectives Boost Business through financial and commercial support towards new model developme and aid creativity in launching new Planet initiatives.

Animating Business ambitions Work with the team and Business to ensure that the planning, reporting and analysis produced are efficient, controlled and deliver insight and value to the busine Influence and support the business decision, by using real time data, on the day to d business cases Drive the preparation of high-quality performance reviews for analysis, understanding of performance and for making optimized decisions in short and medium term. Protect the business by securing governance, integrity and risk mitigation. Drive, along with the team, the annual budgeting, rolling forecast and strategic planning processes; communicates in a timely, structured and standardized basis Ensure the Business Forecasting competence is shared and acquired by the business team for analysis & understanding of performance and for optimized decision making Ensure that the Team for which responsible fulfils their purpose ad meets their deliverabl Responsible for the maintenance of agreed reporting catalogue and updating the related reporting guidelines and governance.

Monitoring the risks Ensuring the accuracy in terms of accounting, closing and reporting on time (D+6 closing) Playing an active role on risk management with your BU leaders. Responsible for control of Balance sheet and justification / preparation of Audi Preparation of cash flow forecast for your activity / paramet Able to understand the Process in detail and define a clear Framework / SOP for the Busines PROFIL

E • You have a working experience (3-5 years ) as Finance Analyst/ Economic Advisor and a minimum qualification of CA/ MBA/ PGD • Factory or Manufacturing Background is preferable • You have good presentation and communication skills. • You have a strong interest for analysis and project management. • You have a team spirit and a strong sense of customer service. • s.
