Job Purpose:

Job Summary

Duties (Roles and Responsibilities)

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting.
Provide financial analysis to the management, highlighting key trends, variances, and forecasts.
Support the annual audit process by working with external auditors and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to compile financial plans.
Monitor budget vs. actual performance, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
Provide regular financial forecasts and assist with strategic financial planning.
Oversee financial audits and ensure timely resolution of any audit issues.
Evaluate financial performance and propose strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Costing.

Skills & Attributes:

Good Knowledge of Accounting and Financial MIS reports.
Good knowledge of excel formula, VLOOKUP & HLOOKUP, PIVOT tables, IF AND OR functions & Financial functions (PV, FV, PMT, RATE, NPER)
