As a Seasoned Sponsorships & Partnerships Professional with over 10 years of experience, your main responsibilities will include: - Leading partnership strategy, outreach, pitch, negotiation, and closing of brand sponsorships. - Building and maintaining a strong network with marketing heads, brand alliance leaders, and agency partners. - Developing sponsorship decks, pitch positioning, and brand integration plans tailored to partner objectives. - Aligning with creative and production teams to deliver impact-driven brand activations and digital integrations. - Ensuring partner servicing, performance reporting, and renewal conversations are executed with clarity and value delivery. The qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of experience in sports sponsorships, media partnerships, IP monetization, or entertainment brand alliances. - Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage long-term brand relationships. - Strong presentation, commercial strategy, and C-level negotiation skills. - Deep understanding of ROI-focused brand partnerships, digital IP marketing, and sports fan engagement. It would be a bonus if you have experience working on major sports/leagues, OTT IPs, gaming/esports events, or youth-culture brand tie-ups. Location for this role is On-site/Hybrid in Delhi.
