Job Description

THE ROLE

We are seeking a senior Sponsorship Manager who can hit the ground running. This is not a cold-calling role. We are looking for a deal-maker who already owns the relationships and can bring sponsors to the table immediately.

Your primary goal is to monetise the show by leveraging your existing network of brand managers and decision-makers. You will be the bridge between our impactful content and the brands you already know, who are looking for credibility, empathy, and high-quality storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leverage Existing Relationships:

    Skip the cold outreach. You will be expected to tap into your personal rolodex of contacts in Healthcare, FMCG, Wellness, Insurance, and Lifestyle brands to secure sponsorships immediately.

  • Pitch & Close:

    Since you already have the access, your focus will be on pitching the Doc Diaries vision and closing deals efficiently.

  • Customised Proposals:

    Create high-value sponsorship packages (Pre-roll ads, product placements, integrated segments) tailored to the specific marketing goals of the contacts you bring in.

  • Revenue Generation:

    You are responsible for bringing in revenue from Day 1 by converting your warm connections into paid partners.

  • Relationship Management:

    Maintain the high-trust relationships you have built, ensuring your contacts receive excellent ROI and deliverables from our team.

WHOM ARE WE LOOKING FOR (MANDATORY)

  • Existing Network (Non-Negotiable):

    You

    MUST

    have an active, warm network of Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, or CMOs in relevant sectors (Pharma, Wellness, FMCG, D2C).

    If you rely on cold calling or LinkedIn scraping, this role is not for you.

  • Experience:

    3-5 years in Ad Sales, Media Buying, or Sponsorship Management with a proven track record of closing deals.

  • Sales Hunter Mentality:

    You know exactly who to call and how to close them. You don't wait for leads; you bring them with you.

  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written English to represent Dr Preeti and the brand professionally.
