Spoken English Trainer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spoken English Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching spoken English to students of various ages and proficiency levels, developing and implementing effective training programs, and assessing student progress. The ideal candidate will be able to create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to participate and practice their English skills. *Key Responsibilities:* - Teach spoken English to students, focusing on improving their communication skills, pronunciation, and fluency - Develop and implement training programs tailored to meet the needs of students, including activities such as:   - Group discussions on current topics, social issues, and cultural events   - Presentations on various topics, including debates, role-plays, and project presentations   - Role-plays to practice real-life scenarios, such as job interviews, meetings, and presentations   - Public speaking exercises to build confidence and fluency - Assess student progress, provide feedback, and make recommendations for improvement - Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and practice - Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and technologies - Collaborate with other trainers and management to achieve organizational goals - 1-2 years of experience in teaching English as a second language - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work with students of various ages and proficiency levels - Proficiency in English language teaching methodologies and technologies *Skills:* - Strong command of the English language - Patience and empathy - Ability to adapt to different learning styles - Strong organizational and planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in conducting group discussions, presentations, and public speaking exercises *What We Offer:* - Opportunities for professional growth and development - Dynamic and supportive work environment - Opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives
