Role Description We are seeking a full-time Spoken English Head who will be responsible for leading and managing our English language programs. This on-site role is based in Kozhikode. The day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing curriculum, overseeing English teaching staff, conducting training sessions, and ensuring high-quality education standards. The Spoken English Head will also develop new teaching methodologies, mentor teachers, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the learning experience. Qualifications Proficiency in English Teaching and English Literature Qualified Teacher with experience in Curriculum Development Strong background in Education Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Experience in developing innovative teaching methodologies Master's degree in English, Education, or related field is preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Show more Show less
