Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and optimize the Splunk ITSI environment, including configuration, tuning, and system upgrades.
Develop and implement ITSI service models, KPIs, and glass tables to monitor the health and performance of key IT services.
Migrate existing dashboards and alerting capabilities from Enterprise Splunk to ITSI.
Collaborate with IT teams to design dashboards, alerts, and reports that provide real-time insights into service performance and availability.
Enable auto-ticketing into Helix or other ticketing platforms using NEAP or similar integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Splunk ITSI and associated integrations.
Implement best practices for data ingestion, indexing, and storage to ensure optimal system performance.
Monitor system performance, capacity, and security, taking proactive measures to prevent issues.
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effective use of Splunk ITSI.
Stay current with the latest Splunk features and best practices, recommending improvements to the Splunk environment.
