Job Description

Senior System Engineer with core expertise in Splunk Administration and Linux systems

You'll play a key role in ensuring system stability, performance, and security, while also supporting cloud adoption initiatives and automation through tools like Ansible.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain
Splunk
infrastructure including configuration, upgrades, and performance tuning.
Provide
L3-level support
for Linux/Unix-based systems.
Manage and support
VMware environments
.
Automate operational tasks using
Ansible
or similar tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud and hybrid environments.
Monitor system health and troubleshoot incidents in a 24x7 environment.
Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge base articles for process improvements.

Required Skills:

Core expertise in
Splunk Administration
Strong experience with
Linux/Unix operating systems
Proficient in
VMware
virtualization
Hands-on experience with
Ansible
for automation
L3-level system support capabilities
Good communication and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:

Exposure to
any cloud platform
(AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Scripting skills (Bash, Python) for automation
Experience with monitoring or configuration management tools

Work Environment:

Shift:
Rotational 24x7 (including night shifts, weekends as scheduled)
Work Location:
Hybrid model must be willing to work from office as required
Base Locations:
Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad
