About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our hospital’s multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, voice, and communication disorders, helping them regain and improve essential communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders in patients of all ages.
• Design and implement individualized therapy and rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, psychologists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Provide therapy sessions for children and adults with speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress, modifying therapy plans as necessary.
• Educate and counsel patients and their families on effective communication techniques and strategies for continued improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Hearing / Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid RCI registration (if applicable).
• Freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
