About Us:

Samrasa Foundation is a not-for-profit organization committed to raising mental health awareness and supporting holistic well-being in communities. As part of our school-based outreach efforts, we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis.

Role Overview:

As a Speech Therapist with Samrasa Foundation, you will work closely with children who require support with speech, language, and communication challenges. Your role will be vital in helping students gain confidence and overcome barriers that affect their learning and social interaction.

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Assess students referred for speech and language concerns

•⁠ ⁠Design and implement individualized therapy plans

•⁠ ⁠Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and counselors

•⁠ ⁠Maintain clear documentation and progress reports

•⁠ ⁠Provide guidance and resources to school staff and families

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

•⁠ ⁠Relevant certification

•⁠ ⁠Prior experience working with children, preferably in school settings

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•⁠ ⁠Empathy, patience, and a child-centered approach
