Role Description We want someone experienced who can guide young engineers and be part of a team. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Engineer with a strong background in the electrical panel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing LT/HT panels, PDUs, RPPUs, Phase Sequence Corrector panels, APFC panels, SCVS and control panels as per project requirements, standards, and customer specifications. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership in design execution, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Qualifications Electrical Engineering / Power Electronics Knowledge in switch gear selection, Understand drawing concept, Proficiency in AutoCAD , Solid Edge & ETAP SEE. Experience in designing LT Panels and wound components Knowledge about international certifications such as CE, UL, etc Problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Experience with Lean Manufacturing practices Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Show more Show less
