Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, hospital pharmacies, and distributors.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize sales performance.
Identify and pursue new business leads through networking and referrals.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in pharma sales, preferably in oncology or related fields.
Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results-driven sales performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications: Pharmacy graduate or Science graduate, MBA preferred.
Languages: English & Hindi.
Experience and Knowledge: Pharma sales experience of at least 5 years in Delhi NCR & Other states in Northern India. Knowledge of local market is an advantage and Oncology Experience is preferred.
