You are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft seamless, engaging, and functional user experiences for your technology solutions. Role Overview As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces and user experiences that align with the needs of garment manufacturers. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and industry experts to transform complex workflows into simple, visually appealing designs that enhance usability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities - Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user pain points and behaviors. - Develop user personas, customer journeys, and wireframes to guide design decisions. - Identify opportunities for UI/UX improvements that enhance efficiency in garment manufacturing operations. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. - Design and maintain a consistent design system that aligns with industry standards and best practices. - Ensure responsive and accessible designs that function seamlessly across devices. - Work closely with developers to translate designs into functional UI components. - Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions, iterating based on user insights and business goals. - Define and implement UI/UX guidelines to maintain consistency across all Classic Technologies' products. - Conduct A/B testing and analyze user feedback to optimize the interface and user experience. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. - Ensure a data-driven approach to improve usability and overall product experience. Qualifications Required - 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs. - Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). - Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping. - Experience working with developers and product teams to bring designs to life. - Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability testing. - Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Additional Details Experience designing for enterprise or manufacturing applications, knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and industry needs, understanding of design systems and UI frameworks, and a passion for creating digital experiences that make an impact would be nice to have.
