Specialist / Sr. Specialist, IT Audit Compliance

As a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Expert at Colgate-Palmolive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's GRC program - Developing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and strategies to support SOX compliance - Overseeing internal and external IT audits and collaborating closely with audit teams - Assessing and enhancing the effectiveness of internal controls - Providing subject matter expertise, training, and guidance to stakeholders in GRC matters - Maintaining effective frameworks and processes for risk management and compliance - Advising application and process owners on IT governance best practices - Building and nurturing positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in GRC, risk management, or a related discipline - Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and industry standards - Demonstrated experience with SAP GRC, internal/external audits, and GRC tools/software - Proven ability to design and implement GRC policies and processes, including SOX compliance - Strong knowledge about Cybersecurity Governance - Experience working with IT leadership to advance risk and compliance initiatives - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills - Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities across business and technical stakeholders - Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ISO 27000, ISA, CRISC, or equivalent) If you are a results-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring robust governance, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance in a global organization, we encourage you to apply and join our talented team.
