Your attention to detail and expertise in automation testing will be instrumental in maintaining the quality and reliability of our product suite. **Role Overview:** You will lead the design and implementation of testing strategies, focusing on automated test plans, test coverage enhancement, and system reliability across front-end, back-end, and integrated systems. Your contributions will support deployments in various environments, ensuring a seamless user experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Pytest, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Locust, or similar. - Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and product managers to define test strategies and achieve comprehensive test coverage. - Develop test plans, cases, and data for functional and non-functional testing scenarios. - Execute automated tests, analyze results, and identify bugs, regressions, and performance issues. - Enhance automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for efficient testing processes. - Document test procedures, outcomes, and defect reports accurately. - Participate in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and QA discussions. - Provide support for investigating and troubleshooting issues in production and staging environments. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in automation and manual testing. - Proficiency in testing methodologies such as Functional, Automation, UI, and API Testing. - Strong coding skills in Python and JavaScript, with Java 8+ experience being a plus. - Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools like Pytest, Locust, Cucumber, TestNG, Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, and Rest Assure. - Proficient in version control using GitHub or Bitbucket.
