Specialist - Product Expert (Air Cargo)

As a Specialist Product Expert at Accelya, you will utilize your expertise in the air cargo industry and software solutions to contribute to shaping the future of the product. Your role involves engaging with customers to understand critical business priorities and trends that will enhance the product's capabilities, increase its value proposition, and improve competitive advantage. By collaborating with key stakeholders in the airline and cargo industry, you will identify changing business priorities and work with internal teams to define business requirements that align with the organization's vision. Your responsibilities will include supporting product features delivery, leading rollouts at various customers, and acting as a subject matter expert on cargo commercial and operational solutions. You will also be involved in product industry and customer engagements in presales activities, end-to-end demos, and providing support to internal teams in analyzing and finding solutions for critical issues. To excel in this role, you should have broad expertise and hands-on experience in air cargo offer, order, and operations disciplines, either within an airline or an air cargo solutions provider. Expertise in functional documentation, working with UX teams for product design, and exposure to API-based design and documentation are preferred. Additionally, a sound understanding of IT technology concepts, software architectures, and product management principles is essential. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in air cargo, a bachelor's degree in aviation, IT, or relevant disciplines, and prior experience working in a SAFe agile environment.
