Specialist - Palantir Developer

As a Specialist Palantir Developer at Eaton, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain Palantir-based data pipelines, applications, integration, and AI/ML solutions. Your role will involve implementing robust data transformation workflows to ensure high-performance and scalability. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate on establishing best practices for data management, security, and governance within Palantir environments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining Palantir-based data pipelines, applications, and integration solutions. - Implementing robust data transformation workflows for high-performance and scalability. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions. - Setting best practices for data management, security, and governance in Palantir environments. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues with Palantir data platforms and systems. - Conducting performance tuning and optimization of Palantir tools for maximum efficiency. - Learning and implementing data modeling, integration, and data visualization techniques to support analytical efforts. - Supporting and maintaining the full lifecycle of Palantir's data tools and related services. - Ensuring compliance with data protection protocols. - Staying updated with advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, and evaluating their potential applications. - Developing testing and validation strategies to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and safety of Generative AI models in production. - Having the opportunity to build machine learning models. Qualifications: Basic Qualification: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. - Minimum of 10 years of overall work experience. Skills: - Experience in artificial intelligence data science, machine learning engineering, or data analytics. - Proficiency in implementing, testing, and fielding automation artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with the latest Generative AI models and understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. - Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, SQL, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar. - Good understanding of Data Integration technologies and API-First architecture. - Experience in enterprise data projects (data warehouses/master data management, others) with hands-on data analysis. - Familiarity with Agile and DevOps processes. - Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs. - Strong team player, self-motivated, and committed with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. - Capability to work independently and knowledge of all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.,
