Specialist Package Implementation

The role requires 5+ years of experience and is based in Pune on a permanent basis. As a QA Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include conducting functional regression and integration testing on Veeva CRM applications. You will be responsible for validating workflows such as approval chains, content publishing, and analytics tracking. Collaborating closely with business analysts and developers, you will translate requirements into test scenarios. Your role will also involve executing test cases, documenting results using tools like Azure Test Plans, JIRA, or similar platforms, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations like FDA and GxP throughout testing cycles. Additionally, you will actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide support for defect triage and resolution. Furthermore, you will be tasked with validating analytics implementations using tools such as Charles Debugger, Fiddler, or browser developer tools. To excel in this role, you must possess experience in testing Veeva CRM modules like Veeva RIM, Vault, and MedComms. A strong understanding of CRM workflows and B2B integrations is essential. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure, will be beneficial. Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and scripting languages like Java and Groovy is required. Knowledge of analytics validation and experience with cross-browser/platform testing are necessary skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes is also expected.
