Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Conduct and interpret nuclear medicine procedures, including PET, SPECT, and gamma camera imaging.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient-specific treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports for all procedures performed.
  • Provide emergency support in accordance with hospital protocols and guidelines.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training in nuclear medicine advancements.Skills

    • Required Qualifications

  • MD or DNB in Nuclear Medicine from a recognized university in India.
  • Certification from the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) for handling radioactive materials is mandatory.
  • Registration with the Medical Council of India or state medical council is essential.
  • Fellowship or additional training in Nuclear Medicine is preferable.
  • Proficiency in advanced imaging techniques and nuclear medicine therapies is preferred.
