Specialist Kinaxis - Supply Chain Planning

Job Summary

Design, model, configure, and implement functional software and process solutions to meet desired business requirements. Analyze business processes and systems processes & recommend improvements that use standard Eaton software and processes. Participate in implementations and third level support as required. Ability to understand and drive regional solutions and implement cotnrols that are fully auditable and compliant with business and control standardsResponsible for in-depth Techno-functional & business process knowledge of supply chain planning and execution, and Kinaxis/RapidResponse (preferable)Support the Product Owner in decomposition of epics into features and user storiesSupport estimation of epics, features, technical enablers, and user storiesEnsure readiness of user stories for agile team according to definition of ready criteria (DoR)Provide Level 3 product support as neededWork with key stakeholders to identify and understand their needsManage requirements scope and disposition through process compliance and gap analysis, integration testing and user acceptance methodologyProvide knowledge and input on the system implications of business process changesHelp to identify consolidated, worldwide target processesDeliver functional specifications and configurations in line with the agreed and approved designDevelop and implement organizational change management plansLearn to apply Eaton&aposs product methodology and governance processes to the change control, system development life cycle, and regression testingWork with governance teams to ensure proposed solutions are in-line with global standardsParticipate in business process improvement committees as neededDemonstrate very strong analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources and regions, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements.Applies governance processes to the change control, system development life cycle and ensure that necessary regression testing is delivered to ensure system integrity.Support end to end processes and has a strong level understanding of system touch points.Strong communication skillsable to interact with senior level leaders at a global level. Able to explain complex system issues and decision points using common business language (without using IT terms and language).Drives innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs degree from an accredited institution
• Over all 10 + years of exp with minimum 7 years of relevant experience in SCM Planning
• Expertise (3 to 5 years) in either of the ERP (Supply Chain Modules), MFGPro, SAP ECC, SAP S/4, Oracle R12.x is required.
  

Skills

• Expert-level knowledge of Kinaxis/RapidResponse/Maestro (preferable or Kinaxis Author level II certified or Kinaxis Analytics Level II certified) or strong knowledge in Supply Chain Planning and Execution, fully demonstrated across many full-life cycle projects.
• Advanced knowledge of functional and technical capabilities, including understanding of the core programming and databases.
• Understanding of lean agile principles and practices
• Analytics and data-based decisions / analysis
• Stories are groomed, prioritized, and ready for sprint execution
• Ensures quality delivery for responsible stories and validates user stories.
• Architecture maturity of delivered solutions
• Customer and stakeholder engagement and communications skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with all level of IT and business teams.
