Specialist - Instructional Design

As an Instructional Design Specialist in the Talent & Organization (T&O) practice at Accenture's S&C Global Network, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from various industries. Your primary focus will be on Learning Design and Development, Change Management, and HR Transformation. By leveraging your expertise in areas such as Instructional Design, Storyboarding, and Articulate Storyline, you will be instrumental in creating innovative learning strategies and solutions that drive organizational change and support the workforce of the future. Your typical day will involve collaborating with client teams to understand business challenges, developing training curriculums through Training Needs Analysis, and creating high-quality content outlines. You will also be responsible for designing standards, guidelines, and templates for learning solutions, working closely with stakeholders to develop effective training materials, and ensuring the quality of deliverables meets project standards and industry best practices. In addition to your instructional design responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to coach and provide feedback to team members, identify opportunities for implementing new learning strategies, and stay updated on the latest trends in the industry. Your role will require proficiency in industry-standard design and authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, and SAP Enable Now, as well as the ability to adapt to client-specific tools. To excel in this role, you should have a graduate or post-graduate degree in a relevant field such as Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations, with at least 6 years of proven experience in content development and instructional design. You should also have experience in leading and coaching small teams independently and be adept at developing various training modalities.
