Job Description

Role Overview: As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for systematically developing and promoting technology solutions to ensure they meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Your role will involve developing and promoting technical solutions that align with business requirements, setting and achieving goals, conducting project analysis, upholding standards and best practices, providing innovative contributions, mentoring team members, conducting assessments, and more. Your performance will be measured based on various outcomes such as adherence to engineering processes, productivity standards, schedule adherence, innovativeness, and quality standards maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and promote technical solutions that support business requirements within your area of expertise - Ensure IT requirements are met and service quality is maintained when introducing new services, considering cost-effectiveness - Set FAST goals and provide feedback to mentees on their FAST goals - Conduct innovative and technically sound project analysis - Uphold standards and best practices by adhering to them in your work and implementing them in the team's work through review and monitoring - Provide innovative contributions within the team by proposing ideas to automate repetitive tasks - Mentor Developers to help them progress to the next level of growth - Conduct peer reviews and uphold high-quality standards for reviewed deliverables - Conduct technical assessments for hiring candidates for Developer roles Qualifications Required: - Proactively identify solutions for technical issues - Maintain technical evaluation procedures - Estimate project effort based on requirements - Perform and evaluate test results against product specifications - Break down complex problems into logical components - Interface with other teams, designers, and parallel practices - Set goals for yourself and the team, providing feedback to team members - Create impactful technical presentations and follow business etiquette in communications - Drive conference calls with customers and answer their questions - Proactively seek and offer help - Work under pressure, determine dependencies and risks, facilitate planning, and handle multiple tasks - Build confidence with customers by delivering quality products on time Additional Details: You should have deep proficiency in your specialist area, knowledge of technology stacks, programming languages, DBMS, operating systems, SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methods, and other relevant areas. Your role will involve developing and reviewing standards and documentation, managing knowledge, assisting others in resolving complex technical problems, and more. Proficiency in Snowflake, ETL, and AWS will be beneficial for this role.,
