In this role as a Specialist I in ML Engineering at UST, you will play a crucial part in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions using advanced frameworks and technologies. Your main responsibilities will involve developing and optimizing LangChain, CrewAI, GenAI, and NLP models tailored to specific use cases, as well as building and deploying production-ready RAG systems, chatbots, and other AI-driven applications. You will be utilizing Azure and GCP services, including Lambda functions in Python, to deliver high-performing AI solutions. Additionally, you will apply advanced prompt engineering techniques for enhancing AI model interactions and work on maintaining CI/CD pipelines and utilizing Docker effectively for containerization and deployments in cloud environments. It will be essential to ensure that the solutions adhere to best practices in system design, including addressing trade-offs, security, performance, and efficiency. Qualifications required for this role include: - 4+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, along with programming in Python. - Expertise in AWS services, particularly AWS Bedrock and Lambda functions. - Demonstrated experience with RAG systems, chatbot development, and working with GenAI technologies like LLMs and OpenAI APIs. - Deep understanding of LangChain components and advanced NLP techniques. - Strong knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines, with experience writing YML files and managing repositories in GitHub. - Familiarity with best practices in system design, including security, performance optimization, and scalability. - Proven ability to write high-quality production code and work effectively in collaborative environments.
