- Lead the offshore team in developing, testing, and deploying Gen AI and NLP-based applications.
- Collaborate closely work with the Lead Architect to translate high-level designs into actionable workstreams.
- Develop and guide the team on best practices in GPT-based development, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI Agent integration.
- Drive sprint planning, code reviews, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Be the primary point of contact for daily offshore activities and status updates.
- Support integration with APIs, data pipelines, and visualization layers as needed.
- Ensure smooth hand-offs and communication with the onshore team,
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing small-to-mid sized technical teams.
- Experience working on real-world NLP or Gen AI projects.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid customer-collaborative model
