Job Description

You are looking for a Lead Gen AI Architect to take charge of designing, creating, and implementing cutting-edge AI and Generative AI solutions specifically for the real estate sector. This role demands a combination of deep technical prowess, strong architectural leadership, and the ability to engage with clients effectively. Your responsibilities will include architecting and executing end-to-end Generative AI solutions, specializing in OpenAI technologies. You will be involved in designing and constructing advanced NLP pipelines, such as prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model fine-tuning. Additionally, developing and deploying AI Agents to facilitate business automation and dynamic user interaction will be a key aspect of your role. Collaboration with both internal teams and US-based clients will be crucial. You will be required to collect requirements, propose solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes. Leading MLOps initiatives for the streamlined deployment and management of AI models will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Skills required: - Proficiency in NLP & Generative AI - Experience with integrating GPT models like ChatGPT and GPT-4 - Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines - Expertise in model fine-tuning and performance optimization - Building and deploying AI Agents using OpenAI or similar frameworks - Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with R - Hands-on experience in machine learning model development, training, and scaling in production environments Desired Skills: - API development and experience with Dataiku - Knowledge of MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes for MLOps & Deployment - Proficiency in SQL, PySpark for data preparation and pipeline creation - Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI Qualifications required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field - 9-12 years of practical experience in AI/ML/Gen AI, with leadership responsibilities in solution delivery - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, especially in client-facing scenarios - Exposure to the real estate industry is a plus This is an opportunity to lead innovation at the crossroads of AI and real estate, work in a collaborative team environment, contribute to the development of scalable AI applications, and enjoy a flexible hybrid work culture.,
