Specialist HSW CAD Construction

As a Specialist HSW CAD Construction at koda Auto Volkswagen India (SAVWIPL) in Pune, Chakan, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and implementing ADAS standards and regulations for all markets. You will be responsible for aligning testing and performance within acceptable ranges with regulatory authorities and internal simulation teams. Your duties will also include conducting risk assessments and hazard analysis in automotive systems, ADAS system safety analysis, automotive cybersecurity for ADAS, safety metrics, and performance monitoring. Additionally, you will coordinate with plant and Pilot Hall teams and cross-functional teams for any build issues that may arise. In this role, you will have the authority to manage change requests for designs, create proof of concepts and engineering data as per vehicle styling requirements, and approve designs and data releases at each project milestone. You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. To excel in this position, you must possess strong communication skills in English, analytical abilities, a good understanding of automobile technology, familiarity with MS Office, project management expertise, product development knowledge, and excellent administrative skills to plan and structure tasks efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include leading and coordinating sub-groups to implement project tasks, reporting project progress to relevant team heads, setting project parameters, optimizing time plans and resource allocation, confirming technical project descriptions, analyzing and proposing efficient development solutions, supporting technical documentation activities, creating and approving 3D data and drawings, evaluating test results, supporting new product ramp-ups, and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
