Specialist, HR Shared Services

As a Specialist, Employee Hub at ANDREW in Verna, Goa, you will play a crucial role in validating and approving all personnel and organizational changes in HRMIS systems. Your focus will be on delivering efficient customer service and administration of HR programs with an emphasis on technology and data accuracy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Validate and approve all employee data changes, ensuring accurate processing of personnel and organizational transactions. - Interface with vendors, subject matter experts, HR Business partners, and local HR. - Maintain a case tracking system to record all transactions for customers. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels and provide feedback for process improvement. - Prepare and issue employee-related letters and participate in activities to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance. - Assist in system testing, training, and support reporting requests as needed. - Lead various HR projects such as monthly medical insurance addition/deletion process and background verification of ex-employees. - Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy in HRMIS and handle any other tasks as assigned by management. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field with 1-3 years of HR Generalist or HRSS experience. - Proficiency in SAP and/or other HRMIS systems. - Willingness to work in shifts when required. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. - Experience with Microsoft Office Tools and familiarity with Dayforce is advantageous. - Ability to read/write/speak additional languages such as German/Italian/Spanish/French is a plus.
