Senior Analyst, Office365 (SharePoint/Teams)

Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders. Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to meet business needs and requirements. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing. Develop custom workflows, business process flows, and integrations using Power Automate and Power Apps. Integrate Dynamics 365 with Office 365 applications such as Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI. Collaborate with cross - functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to deliver high - quality solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to junior consultants and development teams. Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Dynamics 365 and Office 365 applications and integrations. Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Office 365 product updates, new features, and best practices.
