As a GWS Specialist at McDonald's, you will play a crucial role in the execution of all contractors" onboarding and offboarding activities within the McDonald's Global Workforce Solutions (GWS) Team. Your responsibilities will include managing workflows within the Vendor Management System (VMS), ensuring timely completion of tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders involved. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a broad perspective of McDonald's and the Global Business Services function. Your primary focus will be on coordinating various tasks related to the contingent labor program, such as interview scheduling, equipment provisioning, and network access. You will collaborate with GWS Managers, key stakeholders, and approved vendors to streamline processes and address any issues that may arise. The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain a high level of attention to detail are essential for success in this role. In addition to managing onboarding and offboarding workflows, you will also be responsible for training and supporting vendors in VMS usage, troubleshooting access issues, and providing first-level support for general inquiries. Your role will involve close collaboration with GWS Managers, participation in special projects, and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance the overall program experience. To qualify for this position, you should have 2-3 years of experience in resource on/offboarding, HR coordination, or contractor lifecycle management. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are key requirements. Familiarity with identity access management, compliance requirements, and proficiency in HRIS or VMS platforms will be beneficial.
