Responsibilities

• Prepare

  Section 63(4)(c) Electronic Evidence Certificates

  (formerly Section 65B).
• Extract digital evidence from devices such as mobile phones, laptops, CCTV, email, cloud data etc.
• Generate and verify

  hash values

  for evidentiary integrity.
• Document the chain of custody and maintain compliance with the Indian Evidence Act.
• Prepare structured reports and submit supporting digital evidence.
• Coordinate with clients, law firms, investigators, and internal forensic staff.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of

  digital forensics and electronic evidence handling

  .
• Experience in preparing 65B/63(4)(c) certificates.
• Ability to extract, preserve, and document electronic data without altering its integrity.
• Familiarity with forensic tools (any): Cellebrite, Magnet Axiom, FTK, Autopsy, etc.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
