Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the brand presentation across Marketplaces, including PDP images, content (A+ content, Product Attributes, Keywords, Long & Short Product Description, etc.) for the eCommerce Channel. You will oversee the overall business operations, taking ownership of key metrics such as profitability, UPT, Conversion, ATV, FMC, SLA, Forward & Reverse Logistics, Consumer Returns, Returns to Origin, Cancellations, etc. You will collaborate with retail merchandising teams to identify product gaps based on the partner organization's sales events and customer base. Conducting a market study to understand competitor pricing, promotional offers, and best practices will be essential to create an internal intervention plan. You will be responsible for the day-to-day marketplace operations, including product listing, price uploads, FC operations, promotions, product listing ads, etc. Root cause analysis on returns (DTO & RTO) will be conducted, and corrective measures will be implemented. Working closely with the FC team to develop and execute an efficient order-to-ship process to meet partners" SLAs is crucial. Managing the fulfillment center & logistics budget, as well as operational expenses on platforms, will be part of your responsibilities. You will identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies, define Key Performance Indicators of Fulfillment Centre & Logistics, track & report on performance, and implement process enhancements. Quality check processes will be implemented to ensure products meet consumer expectations as listed on the platform, with corrective actions taken when necessary. Maintaining inventory to prevent out-of-stock situations and ensuring accurate inventory listings to minimize catalog discrepancies will be essential. Regular cycle counts and maintaining budgeted inventory cover will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with category teams at all eCommerce partners and cross-functional internal teams. Strong business acumen and understanding of the Digital ecosystem, financial metrics, and high-level strategic thinking are required. The ideal candidate must demonstrate entrepreneurial drive, turnaround capabilities, and flexibility in handling unexpected situations. Qualifications include a Management graduate/NIFT, a minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce, preferably in the fashion sector. Knowledge of eCommerce operations and merchandising, eCommerce promotion planning, implementation practices, performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc., are required.
