As a DevOps Engineer at NiCE, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the infrastructure and automation processes that facilitate seamless software delivery and system reliability at scale. Your role will involve leading DevOps initiatives, optimizing cloud environments, and collaborating across development, QA, and operations teams to enhance efficiency, security, and scalability. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by: - Designing and executing DevOps practices with a focus on automation, scalability, and continuous improvement of development pipelines and infrastructure. - Building and managing highly efficient CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software release process. - Implementing and managing infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. - Optimizing and managing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure high availability and security. - Developing and maintaining monitoring solutions for system reliability, performance, and early issue detection. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing guidance on best practices for automation, security, and deployment. - Ensuring compliance with security standards and implementing DevSecOps practices for secure software delivery. To excel in this role, you should have: - 8-12 years of experience in DevOps. - A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. - Proficiency in developing user-interface capabilities, software functionality, and complex web-based architectures. - Experience in designing and developing software features according to design documents and enterprise software standards. - Ability to work in multi-disciplinary Agile teams and adopt Agile methodologies. - Experience with UI development activities and interface with various R&D groups and support tiers. Additionally, having knowledge of agile development processes would be an advantage.
