Specialist - Credits & Collections

Role Overview: You will handle credit and collection activities for a specific territory, business segment, or region with a portfolio size ranging from $15 to $30 million. Your responsibilities will include managing over 300 customers, making more than 25 calls per day, collecting receivables, resolving disputes and claims, ensuring service levels and targets are met, handling a complex customer portfolio, maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, organizing and participating in meetings, and providing support to other A/R personnel.
