As a Graphic Designer at Azurity Pharmaceuticals, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing digital and print assets to enhance the user experience and drive engagement across various channels. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and executing creative solutions for digital, print, and web assets such as email templates, websites, brand logos, product graphics, presentations, and more. - Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and address feedback effectively. - Bridging the gap between creative and technical teams to deliver high-quality deliverables. - Ensuring offshore deliverables meet the highest creative and technical standards. - Coordinating with onshore marketing teams to align strategies and goals effectively. To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and education: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in digital design with a strong portfolio. - Proficiency in industry-standard design software and strong project management abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of email design, html coding, proofing, testing, and QA/troubleshooting. - Proficiency in front-end web design/development of HTML and CSS. - Experience working with WordPress, Veeva, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Strong foundation in layout, design, typography, and graphic fundamentals. - Advanced proficiency with visual and digital design applications/tools/platforms. The role may have the following physical and mental requirements: - Ability to sit for long periods of time and occasionally stand, walk, climb stairs, or lift up to 25 pounds. - Proficiency in operating a keyboard, telephone, and hand-held devices.
