Specialist - Benefits Administration

As a Specialist in Benefits Administration at PhonePe, you will be responsible for various key tasks related to benefits administration and employee support programs. Here is a breakdown of your role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Administering various employee benefits such as insurance (GMC, GPA, GTLI), including collaborating with insurance brokers, TPAs, and providers for efficient enrollment and claims processes. - Managing the Mothers@PhonePe program by providing support to expectant/new mothers, overseeing daycare facilities, and coordinating various services. - Assisting employees with the car lease process and liaising with leasing partners when needed. - Coordinating benefits for US employees, including social security and insurance transfers. - Handling other benefit-related tasks such as supporting death cases, validating leaves, invoice processing, and process documentation. - Improving workflows, maintaining benefits data, and generating reports for stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Work, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration and coordination. - Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Spreadsheets is a plus. - Attention to detail, conscientiousness, and commitment to execution excellence. - Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is advantageous.
