You’ll Be Doing Things Like:

• Sitting in on high-stakes meetings and actually taking notes (not just nodding)
• Following up, closing loops, and making sure nothing slips
• Helping shape + execute strategies for PR, branding, partnerships, operations- all of it
• Identifying new business opportunities and pitching them with flair
• Managing relationships with clients, collaborators, and the 27 unread emails in our inbox
• Keeping the founder sane by being two steps ahead of her (or trying to be)
• Running special projects across departments, clients, and caffeine-fueled brainstorms
• Basically doing the work you’d do if this company were yours

Who You Are

• A self-starter who’s

  not afraid of ambiguity or action

• You’ve worked at a startup or agency- or you’ve built something of your own
• You can write a crisp email, talk to a CXO, and brief a designer- all before lunch
• You get how business works. You’re not just “task-oriented,” you’re outcome-obsessed
• You have opinions. And the good sense to know when to back them with data or gut
• You know when to ask questions and when to figure sh*t out
