G.D. Goenka Public School, Kolkata is looking for a dedicated and skilled Special Educator to join our team immediately. The candidate must be RCI-registered and hold a B.Ed. or D.Ed. in Special Education. Applicants without valid RCI registration should not apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group support to students with special learning needs.
• Conduct assessments, create and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Plans), and track student progress.
• Collaborate with class teachers to adapt lesson plans for inclusive learning.
• Maintain student documentation and reports as per RCI and school standards.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student growth and support strategies.
• Conduct remedial sessions, counselling, and intervention programs.
• Ensure compliance with RCI norms, child safety guidelines, and school policies.
• Participate in school events, workshops, and ongoing training sessions.

Requirements

• Mandatory RCI Registration (only apply if you have a valid RCI certificate).
• B.Ed. or D.Ed. in Special Education from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of learning disabilities, developmental delays, and behavioural concerns.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, counsellors, and school management.
• Immediate joiners only.
