About the Role: We are hiring for a global nonprofit organization working to improve education for children with visual impairments and multiple disabilities . The role demands a background in special education and fluency in Marathi to drive programs, train educators, and collaborate with stakeholders in Maharashtra. Must-Have Criteria: Education/Experience: Degree in Special Education (OR) 8 to 10 years of experience of hands-on experience in special education or inclusive education programs. Language: Fluent in Marathi (spoken & written) + English. Location: Based in Maharashtra , willing to work hybrid (Pimpri Chinchwad) including travel 50% for field visits. Key Responsibilities: Lead programs for children with disabilities, ensuring alignment with special education best practices. Train teachers, parents, and NGOs on inclusive education strategies . Monitor program impact through field visits, data collection, and reporting. Collaborate with govt. bodies and schools to scale initiatives.
