Job Description

Identifying students with disabilities and evaluating their needs through various assessments. Creating and adapting lesson plans and materials to meet individual student needs, including modifying the general education curriculum. Teaching academic, social, and behavioral skills to students with mild to severe disabilities. Implementing positive behavior strategies and managing challenging behaviors in the classroom. : Tracking and evaluating student progress, making adjustments to IEPs as needed, and reporting on student outcomes.
