Special Educator

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs in alignment with the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans , conducting assessments, and collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure inclusive education. The role also requires flexibility to travel and support other branches as per class or student requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify students with special educational needs through observation, assessment, and collaboration with class teachers..
• Conduct one-on-one or small-group remedial sessions to support academic and social development.
• Collaborate with subject teachers to adapt lesson plans and teaching methods to suit the needs of special students.
• Maintain records, documentation, and reports in accordance with CBSE guidelines and school policy.
• Conduct workshops and awareness sessions for teachers and parents to promote inclusive education.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress regularly and modify strategies as needed.
• Coordinate with school counselors and management for referrals or further interventions if required.
• Travel to other school branches as and when required, depending on student or class requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education (B.Ed / M.Ed in Special Education) from a recognized institution.
• Preferred 2–5 years of experience in a similar role within a CBSE-affiliated school.
• Strong understanding of CBSE inclusion policies and special education frameworks.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
