Preferred candidate profile

Undergraduate
or
Graduate
(Any stream).
No specific degree required; freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Experience
:
0-2 years of experience in customer service or BPO is a plus.
Freshers are welcome with strong communication and customer service skills.
Skills
:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus).
Strong customer service orientation and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Ability to multitask and manage both voice and chat interactions.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Comfortable with technology and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Personal Attributes
:
Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and eagerness to learn.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and flexible.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Other
:
Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts).

Role & responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries through voice or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions.
Resolve issues related to products, services, and technical support.
Document interactions, solutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Meet performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain professional communication and follow company guidelines.
