Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Specialist in Insurance Claims where you will leverage your expertise in customer service and domain knowledge to enhance our claims processing. With a hybrid work model and rotational shifts you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective claims management contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service in the Property & Casualty Insurance sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process insurance claims efficiently to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for accurate claims assessment.
  • Utilize domain knowledge to identify potential issues and recommend solutions to improve claims processing.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve any concerns related to their claims.
  • Analyze claims data to identify trends and provide insights for process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during claims handling.
  • Support the development and implementation of new claims processing procedures and systems.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer experiences and suggest enhancements to service delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to claims activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all claims processed and ensure data integrity.
  • Contribute to team meetings and discussions to share knowledge and improve team performance.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts and hybrid work model to meet business needs and ensure continuous service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Demonstrate domain knowledge in insurance particularly in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Show proficiency in analyzing data and identifying trends for process improvement.
  • Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in claims processing.
  • Be adaptable to rotational shifts and a hybrid work environment.

Certifications Required

Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) or equivalent certification in insurance claims.
