Job Description

You are a skilled professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in the Life and Annuity domain, currently seeking a role as SPE-Ins Claims. Working night shifts at our office, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of claims processing within the Life and Annuities Insurance sector. With no travel required, you can dedicate your focus to delivering exceptional service and expertise to our stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and processing insurance claims related to life and annuities, ensuring precision and compliance with company policies and regulations. Collaborating with team members, you will contribute to enhancing claims processing workflows and operational efficiency. Utilizing your domain knowledge, you will assess claims, make recommendations for resolution, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. Conducting thorough investigations of claims to identify any potential discrepancies and ensure fair outcomes will be a crucial part of your role. You will also provide valuable insights and feedback to management based on trends and patterns observed in claims data, supporting strategic decision-making processes. Additionally, you will assist in training new team members, monitor industry developments and regulatory changes, and support the continuous improvement of claims processing systems. Engaging with policyholders and beneficiaries to address concerns and provide clear explanations of claim decisions will be essential. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of claims processes with other business operations will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing detailed reports and presentations on claims performance and outcomes for management review, ensuring adherence to night shift schedules, and maintaining a high level of productivity and focus during working hours. To qualify for this role, you must demonstrate strong expertise in Life and Annuity domain knowledge, possess excellent analytical and communication skills, and have a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using claims management software and tools, a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment are also required. Certification as a Certified Life and Annuity Claims Specialist (CLACS) or an equivalent certification is mandatory for this position.,
