Job Summary

Join our team as a Specialist in Accounts Receivable Management within the healthcare sector. This role requires expertise in healthcare products and revenue cycle management. You will work in a hybrid model with night shifts focusing on optimizing financial processes and ensuring efficient revenue collection. Your contributions will directly impact our companys financial health and support our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections in the healthcare domain.
Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends and areas for improvement in financial operations.
Implement strategies to optimize revenue collection and reduce outstanding receivables.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to address billing inquiries and issues.
Utilize healthcare product knowledge to enhance billing accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to accounts receivable management.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve revenue cycle efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies in all financial transactions.
Support the finance team in preparing financial reports and forecasts related to accounts receivable.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline accounts receivable processes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts receivable activities.
Adapt to the hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities effectively.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of healthcare products and their impact on financial processes.
Demonstrate expertise in revenue cycle management within the healthcare industry.
Exhibit excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data and drive improvements.
Show proficiency in using financial software and tools relevant to accounts receivable management.
Display strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.

Certifications Required

Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) or equivalent certification in healthcare finance.
