We're looking for talented video producers who are fluent in both Spanish and English, have a strong editorial background, and know how to create compelling content for YouTube. If you’re passionate about international news and global affairs and have hands-on experience in digital video production, this could be a great fit for you. What You’ll Do: Create engaging YouTube news videos focused on world events, international affairs, and geopolitics Write scripts, edit footage, and package content optimized for YouTube Run live streams using platforms like StreamYard and OBS Monitor performance through YouTube Analytics and make data-driven improvements Design visuals and thumbnails using tools like Canva Stay on top of global news trends and pitch original, timely content ideas Work closely with editorial and social media teams to ensure seamless content delivery Keep up with platform updates and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the curve What We’re Looking For: Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken Solid editorial experience, especially in covering international news Proven track record of producing videos specifically for YouTube Familiarity with YouTube analytics, video production tools, and Canva Strong skills in content curation and creative ideation Experience with social media platforms is a bonus Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference Show more Show less
